Soirée Raclette Slow

We are inviting you on Wednesday, 17 February at 7:30 p.m. to a 'Slow Raclette' that will be cooked in a traditional way.

The cheese will be provided by the PDO (Designation of Origin) cheese-refiner, Julien Hazard.
The wines will be selected by Patrick Böttcher from the new wave of the Savoyard natural wines.

Before we hit the road we'll also taste beer proposed by Bernard Leboucq, the manager of Brasserie de la Senne, who will host us at his eatery located in the Josaphat Park.  

The fee is 25 euros for Slow Food members and 35 euros for non-members. Registration is obligatory and is limited to 30 people.
