For its 3rd gourmet dinner, after the baeckeoffe and ‘coq au riesling’, the Brusseleir Elsass Connection (Nicolas Scheidt, Pierrot Dimitri, Jean Hummler, Rémy Bossert and the Association for the promotion of Alsace in Belgium) invites you to an “all pork evening”, an authentic Alsatian peasant tradition.

The menu is 100% Slow Food, with home-made, local or organic products (Thierry Schweitzer, Hoeve Cuvry, Hopla Geiss ...): black pudding soup, pork delicatessen, special sauerkraut and ‘piggy sweet’
